Our lovely book, Baker by the Sea by Paula White, has created some fantastic discussions and lovely writing.
We were each given a job that would have been part of the town in 1953. We had to research the job and then tell others about what we do.
The village has seen two World Wars and a flood. We needed to work together in our guilds to come up with a plan to rebuild our village. There were some excellent discussions in our council meeting and as a group we came up with lots of ideas.
